- Phone, WhatsApp and email in office hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 CAT
- Urgent problems first: critical answered within 2 hours
- A support desk with response times for every request
- Remote help only with the school’s permission, for a set number of hours, every action recorded
