For schools

Made in Harare, for the way Zimbabwean schools run.

Three terms, two currencies, large classes and an internet line that is not always there. Smart Edu is built around all of it by Digital Access, a Harare technology company.

Learners at a Zimbabwean school

Who it serves

Each person in the school gets what their job needs.

Heads and boards

Collections, arrears and enrolment for the whole school on one screen, with year-on-year comparisons and budgets against actual spending.

Bursars

Billing runs in minutes, receipts in USD or ZWG, statements on demand, and books that balance because every entry is double.

Teachers

A register that takes a minute and works offline, and marks entry with averages and positions worked out for them.

Parents

Invoices on the school’s letterhead, timely fee reminders and an immediate text if their child is marked absent.
