Questions
Licences, in plain terms.
- How is the licence renewed?
- Every licence runs for 365 days. Before it ends we issue a renewal key; enter it and nothing else changes. If a renewal is late there are 14 days of grace, after which the system becomes read-only until renewed. No data is ever deleted.
- What do SMS messages cost?
- Messages come from the school’s own prepaid wallet, separately from the licence. The cost of each send is shown before it goes.
- Can we pay in ZWG?
- Yes. Licences and SMS credits can be invoiced in USD or ZWG.
- What does moving across cost?
- Importing from Pastel or Excel is included in the first year for Complete and Self-hosted. Core schools can add it.
