Intake, guardians, emergency contacts, documents and a passport photo renewed every two years.

A school’s records are only reachable from the school’s own computers.
Someone with a stolen password, on the wrong machine or the wrong network, sees this website and nothing else. Each school is walled off from every other school by the database itself.

Every mark and every money record carries a seal. A change made outside Smart Edu breaks the seal, and the nightly check reports it to the head and to us.
The keys that sign licences and computers are kept offline, in a vault. They never live on a server that could be broken into.
